Traveler safety is always our number one priority. If authorities deem it unsafe to travel due to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics such as COVID-19, or other external events, we will cancel the trip no later than 60 days before departure. In the event of cancellation all participants will be fully refunded.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

We highly recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance within two weeks of initial deposit.

The trip deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to future credit on another trip. Your final invoice will be due no later than April 15th, 2021. Payment after this date may result in your space being lost to another traveler. 

Should you cancel, the following terms will apply: 

  • A first payment of 50% is due February 15th, 2021. Final payment is due on April 15th, 2021
  • After February 15th, 2021, the cancellation fee is 50% of total trip cost.
  • After April 15th, 2021, the cancellation fee is 75% of total trip cost.  
  • After August 15th, 2021 (100 days or less before departure),the cancellation fee is 100% of total trip cost.

Refunds may be approved on a case by case basis in extenuating circumstances. If you fail to join the program, join the program after departure, or leave the program prior to its completion for any reason, no refund will be made. To protect your investment, we strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation and baggage insurance in advance of your trip.
