Join us April 3rd-10th for an eight-day adventure through México – one of the few locations on Earth where the eclipse shadow will be cast.

Over the course of your journey, you will enjoy a full itinerary highlighting the natural and cultural wonders of México. From México City, to Teotihuacán, to Mazatlán, you’ll explore everything from the country’s capital to its ancient pyramids and shimmering coast. All of this will be in great company, as you will be guided by Griffith Observatory Director Dr. E.C. Krupp.

Itinerary at a Glance
Day 1: Arrival and welcome dinner in México City.
Day 2: Tour ancient ruins and museums in México City.
Day 3: Tour Aztec pyramids and tunnels in Teotihuacán.
Day 4: Transfer to Mazatlán, settle into your beachfront accommodations, and learn about the upcoming eclipse.
Day 5: Tour the city, ride a cable car overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and visit an archeological museum.

Day 6: View the eclipse and celebrate with a festive dinner. The eclipse begins at about 10:51 a.m., local time. Totality arrives at 12:07 p.m. and ends about four minutes and 27 seconds later, at 12:11 p.m. The disk of the moon completely leaves the sun’s disk at 1:32 p.m., local time

Day 7: Enjoy some leisurely time to relax, swim, or explore the city, then visit a mezcal factory and commemorate your journey with a farewell dinner.
Day 8: Transfer to the airport and return home.
