Trip Overview
The countdown has officially begun to one of the hottest events of the year, taking place in what is known as the Land of Ra, the “mother of the world,” and the gift of the Nile — Egypt!
We cannot wait to welcome you to the Palm Tree Music Festival Getaway Experience at the Great Pyramids of Giza, where the beats adventure-seekers from around the world will gather in the golden sands of Egypt to dance under the stars and explore the ancient, iconic sites of Egypt alongside Kygo and other musical legends.
Get ready for a the trip of a lifetime, including a 4×4 adventure in the Fayoum Desert Oasis, sunset DJ sets in the sand dunes, and an epic music lineup with intimate piano performance with Kygo, intimate Q&As with Myles Shear and other industry leaders. And of course, the finale: a private performance under the stars at the majestic ancient Pyramids of Giza, with Kygo, Tiesto, Kungs, and Frank Walker.

Oct
Day 1 – THU | ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, guests will transfer to their accommodations throughout the day, and VVIPs will enjoy expedited airport service. We will have room blocks in various categories, at some of the best hotels in the city.
After checking into your hotel, you’ll be transferred to the location for our opening event, with a Q&A and acoustic piano set by Kygo, followed by a welcome dinner and Island Party.
All guests should arrive no later than 4:00PM on October 26, 2023, in order to not miss any of the programming which kicks off that night with a dinner with Kygo. We recommend arriving earlier in the day if possible, to allow some time to rest and relax before starting our adventure.
If you wish to arrive one night early (on October 25th) or extend your stay after the event, you can contact us at [email protected] to get assistance booking the same room for extra nights.

Day 2 – FRI | FAYOUM
Today, following breakfast at your hotel, the full group will transfer about 1.5 hours outside of the city to Fayoum, a desert oasis, known for being one of Egypt’s most sought-after adventure destinations.
Here, the group will embark on a full day expedition exploring the Fayoum area, including sand-boarding, a desert “safari” in 4x4s, and a Q&A with Myles Shear, Co-Founder of Palm Tree Management. Lunch will be served.
We’ll end the evening with an iconic sunset in the sand dunes, along with a DJ dance party and dinner in the desert.
Guests will then be transferred back to their hotels, with a rooftop late-night dance party.

On the final full day of the festival, the group will head to Giza for lunch overlooking the Pyramids, followed by a private tour of the Sphinx and camel rides before the show.
“Pharaoh” packages will have the opportunity to tour inside the Great Pyramid, visiting the King’s Chamber with Kygo.
After sunset, dinner will be served overlooking the lit up Pyramids, followed by the main concert of the weekend, with 3 openers before Kygo plays us into the night.
NOTE: GA Pass travelers – we recommend you to arrive no later than 12pm on this day, and you will have the tickets and accommodations only for this night.

Throughout the rest of the day, they will transfer to the airport, depending on flight time, or enjoy optional excursions to the souq/market, Egyptian Museum, hot air balloon rides, or flying down south to see the famous temples from Aswan to Luxor along the Nile River.

Yes, the event is 18+
WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?
All types of food and beverages are strictly prohibited along with illegal drugs, weapons, pets, grills, fire pits, fireworks, banners, signs, bicycles, mopeds, large inflatables.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY CREDENTIALS?
All guests must present a barcode in order to pick up their wristbands and credentials on-site the day of the festival. Additional information will be emailed to guests the week of the event.
CREDENTIALS & SECURITY:
There will be strict credential checking and security throughout the property to ensure all guests have a safe and comfortable experience. Guests who purchase an Early Egyptian Package, will not be able to access the VIP Silver, VVIP Gold, and Pharaoh Platinum Package area. Guests who purchase a VIP Silver & VVIP Gold, will not be able to access the Pharaoh Platinum Package area.
WHERE CAN I BUY FESTIVAL MERCHANDISE?
Exclusive merch for the event can be purchased on www.palmtreecrew.com. Items will also be available for sale on-site at the event.
Ticketing
Are tickets refundable after purchase and what if there is inclement weather?
Tickets are non-refundable, and the event is rain or shine.
Ticket Information
Wristband’s pick-up information will be sent to purchasers via email. Palm Tree Music Festival is a rain or shine event. If the event is rescheduled for a future date, your ticket will be valid for the new date and no refund option will be given.
