April 7: Arrival day! Please plan to arrive by 3pm. We will have some afternoon activities around the ranch, introductions and presentations by our astronauts, followed by a welcome dinner and stargazing session.
April 8: Eclipse day! After breakfast, enjoy some morning presentations and workshops from our science team, followed by the main event. We will have farm fresh food throughout the day, and totality will occur at 1:38 p.m. The afternoon will feature activities around the ranch, followed by an eclipse celebration and feast in the evening.
April 9: Departure day with optional group and solo activities offered all morning. Breakfast available before checkout.

April 7, 2024 (Guest Arrival)

  • 3:00 p.m. : Guest check-in begins at 3pm. Upon arrival, take some time to settle into your room. Explore your accommodations, take a walk by the lake, get to know some of the many animals on the property, and meet the fellow travelers.
  • 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. : This evening, meet near the dock for cocktail hour. With opening remarks from guest speakers.
  • 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. : You’re in for a treat! Our solar experts will prepare you for tomorrow’s incredible phenomenon over a welcome dinner under the stars. 
  • 10:00 p.m. : Following dinner, our experts will guide the group on evening stargazing 

April 8, 2024 (Day of Solar Eclipse)

  • 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. : Breakfast. Optional group and solo activities offered.
  • 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. : Today’s the day! After breakfast and your morning activities, join us for an eclipse party near the barn! Enjoy music, games, drinks, snacks and educational solar activities. We’ll also have a group lunch during the main event, with totality occurring at 1:38 p.m., ending at 1:42 p.m. Optional group and solo activities offered upon event completion.
  • 6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. : After basking in this incredible experience, take some time to stargaze and learn more about our solar system with our on-trip experts during our farewell dinner tonight. Guests are encouraged to send in their best eclipse and stargazing photos.

April 9, 2024 (Departure Day)

  • 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. : Breakfast. Optional group and solo activities offered.
  • 12:00 p.m. : Check-out and departure.
