Orne Harbour Our first time touching the physical continent of Antartica, I’m not sure why this moment felt so bewildering, but it did. The location, views and the airy clouds definitely added to it. @olivertyack and | were overwhelmed with happiness and sense of achievement, that the life that we are building and creating together had taken us to the literal end of the earth. I had the most amazing and life changing experience in Antarctica with some great friends and family, and 150 of the most dedicated Parrotheads. (Or in this case, Penguinheads). Thanks to the crew at Insider Expediitions and Atlas Ocean Voyages for throwing a once in a lifetime, “Party at the End of the World.” Big thanks also to Savannah Buffett, Scotty Emerick, Claire Finley, Erin McAnally Utley, and fellow Coral Reefers Nadirah Shakoor, Eric Darken, Robert Greenidge, and Mick Utley.

🚢 I can’t believe that my 10 day excursion to Antarctica with @insiderexpeditions is coming to an end. This has truly been the trip of a lifetime and I honestly never imagined that my expectations could have been exceeded.

This was a trip of 3 lifetime with and I’m s0 incrediibly grateful to have had the privilege and opportunity to have gone to Antarctica with some of the worlds best DJs, health of wellness experts, and conservationists. We sailed for seven days exploring her powerful out of this world landscapes. We danced all night to Diplo, Flume, Oliver Tree and Hayes. Every other night had sound bath immersions with Secular Sabbath and Rhye. After a few hours rest / sleep, we started the day with a tea ceremony, yoga with Andrew Sealy Meditation and sound healing with Kassia Meador.
All on 2 luxurious state-of the art cruise ship Atlas world voyager. With incredibly knowledgeable guided where we learnt all about the sacred and most protected place on earth. We also got to ‘eat delicious wholesome food. This memories will live on in my heart forever, and | recommend investing in experiences like this to grow and expand your mind.

| had the opportunity to teach yoga in the breathtaking landscapes of Antarctica with @insiderexpeditions. & – It was a unique setting to connect with nature and share this ancient practice. | also contributed to a great cause by donating yoga privates for the silent auction at the end of the trip. The auction raised over USD 200,000 for non-profit organizations dedicated to preserving the pristine region and funding vital research. | am inspired by the impact we can create when we come together for a meaningful cause.
