Incredible privilege to present to an amazing group of entrepreneurs, executives, founders, change agents and disruptors at the Entrepreneur-SHIP experience on board Virgin Voyages' Resilient Lady. So much energy, creativity and profound learning. It really did highlight for me the power of bringing together passionate people with diverse experiences to dig a little deeper into the lessons to be learnt from business success and business failure, and the enduring importance of purpose, connection, persistence and courage.

Thanks to the imagination, faith and sheer hard work of Steve Pirie-Nally, Sarah Pirie-Nally and Alex Christou, along with the team from Insider Expeditions for having the vision and courage to pull this together and make it such a rewarding experience. I learnt so much from fellow presenters Kristina Karlsson, Sarah Pirie-Nally, Nicole Hatherly 🚀, Shaynna Blaze. (MAICD), Aviva Berzon, Elise Morris and Radek Sali. The fabulous setting and carefully curated format allowed us all good time to share, connect, and learn together. For me, personally, I was inspired by the way that an entrepreneurial mindset and purposeful leadership practice can inform each other. I think that the entrepreneurial zest for seeking out unmet need, pivoting, reframing, exploiting and driving can inform the reflection, consideration and commitment to connection that is so central to leadership. Entrepreneurs: go slow to go fast; Leaders: seize the moment and do it now.

Day 1 of this incredible journey was nothing short of transformative 🚢

Radek Sali's Wisdom and his personal signature of 'Power' ignited something within me. In just 24 hours, I've harnessed the power to be courageous,. embrace change, and pursue my dreams relentlessly.

The day continued with guidance from powerhouse women Kristina Karlsson, Sarah Pirie-Nally, Nicole Hatherly 🚀 and Shayna Blaze. (MAICD). Their insights unveiled my deepest aspirations, leaving me more motivated than ever.

This experience has sparked a new kind of motivation - not just to do more, but to fill the gaps in my career and personal life. I've realized that my professional and personal brands are intertwined, and I'm intrigued to explore how to navigate that. Day 2 and 3 hold more insights and a chance for self-discovery - stay tuned.

A partnership between Monash Business School, Insider Expeditions and Virgin Voyages, the program launched yesterday with a keynote speech from former Swisse Wellness CEO Radek Sali, who spoke about his new book How to Build a Billion-Dollar Business.

As well as meeting some dynamic business people and community-building specialists, the sessions challenged our thinking and strategies for moving into the future.

Our Entrepreneur-SHIP five day learning journey on Virgin Voyages' Resilient Lady was a huge success! We pushed boundaries and exceeded every metric we set. A massive thanks to the entrepreneurs, executives, visionaries and pracademics who believed and got behind the inaugural journey.

We infused Executive Education with Innovation, Allure and Impact, delivering what Business School Executive Education can do when it's built from the ground up with no rules. Customer experience, impact, connection and a good dose of fun were our North Star.
