Session 1 | Innovation and entrepreneurship. (90 minutes)

A focus on sustainable and scalable innovation leadership.

Foundations: The behaviours of successful entrepreneurs. Starting with the end in mind. Running towards risk.

Fueling up: Structures and leadership models. Types of innovation. Building a strong go/no go muscle

Scaling up: Viability modelling. Futurecasting. Sustainable growth. Getting out of your own way.

Session 2 | Maximising Value: Negotiating for better outcomes and relationships. (90 minutes)

In this session you will learn key strategies to have conversations that generate high value outcomes rather than mere compromises or worse, stalemates and conflict. This session will help you to engage in collaborative problem solving. You will come away with tools for creating value and improving relationships by learning how to move beyond positional bargaining.

Session 3 | Clear Leadership (120 minutes)

Chances are you want to be in partnership with key people at work – people who you need to work closely with in order to get things done. While partnerships often start out well, sometimes they can deteriorate or, more commonly, just not live up to their full potential. From a Clear Leadership perspective (Bushe, 2010), the key to establishing and sustaining strong partnerships is understanding each other’s experience. This is something that requires regular attention, but the good news is that if you devote a little bit of energy to regularly checking in with your partners, and if you use some simple but incredibly effective skills and techniques you will find that you can sustainstrong partnerships even when things get tricky and even with personalities you find challenging.

Session 4 | Entrepreneurial Excellence & Resilience: Elevating Performance while Conquering Stress and Burnout

This powerful workshop is designed to revolutionize how entrepreneurs engage with their work and personal lives, focusing on achieving superior performance while effectively managing stress and preventing burnout.
